When I make this statement, I always get the question... "Well how?"
My simple answer is, it all comes down to your thoughts...
...Because "Your thoughts will always create the results that you can control."
A lot of what happens in your life happens to everyone. It's all in how you decide to think about your circumstances or situation that helps you create what you want, or helps you create more of what you don't want out of life.
One thing I can say is learning how to take ownership of your existence, your outcomes, and how you operate in this world (because of your thoughts), can be a powerful awakening!
And the truth is, your thoughts have the ability to assist you in creating a lack of follow through. And when you decide to say yes to setting a specific goal, your own thoughts can stop you from getting the results you say you want.
This is good news. It means you have complete control over the outcomes that you want to create.
You do have that kind of power!
But here's the thing, so many of us walk around daily, unaware that we are creating more of what we don't want. We walk around frustrated, feeling defeated, overwhelmed and confused, and always ready to blame everything outside of us, as the reason we have lack of follow through.
And the cycle of blame continues for 5-10-15 years, getting you further away from the life you say you want for yourself.
Nothing has gone wrong here, but I just want you to notice if this is you. I want you to notice if you experience lack of follow through when setting specific goals, and getting to the results you want.
